There is no rest for the busy Skehana Junior hurlers, as after lifting the County Junior 1 title last Sunday, they now go forward as worthy representatives of Galway in the Connacht junior final, which is scheduled to be played in Athleague on Sunday 4th November @ 2.30pm. Craughwell are the first team to qualify for this years SENIOR SHIELD FINAL thanks to last weekends win over Tynagh-Abbey-Duniry. Galway's 6 All-stars won on Friday evening brings us now to a total of 79 awards and keeps us firmly in 4th place on the overall hurling leaderboard, while bringing us to within a couple of Tipperary.
